Coffee is Back At the Top of the List For Health Benefits!

Coffee used to be completely avoided by so many health fanatics, but it lately has been discovered that there was no reason for coffee to have a bad reputation such as this. The benefits of drinking coffee in moderation will be that you are less likely to have colon cancer, cirrhosis of the liver, Parkinson's disease, or type II diabetes. Coffee also is full of antioxidants that work to neutralize free radicals in your skin to prevent fine lines and wrinkles. Awesome! On the list of foods that are no longer bad for you are eggs, even though they have a high cholesterol content, but they will also give you high amounts of protein and iron. Alcohol can again be enjoyed in moderation in up to one drink per day, with it preferably being red wine because it prevents clogged arteries and gives you antioxidants. Regular sugar is also something that can be a part of your diet in moderation because studies have found out that using sugar substitutes will not provide you with any different health benefits than using sugar itself. So mystery solved! Cook yourself up an egg, and enjoy a steaming cup of Joe sweetened with real sugar! Life is good again...
