Coffee Characteristics From East Africa

Coffee all over the world offers different flavors and characteristics, so it is up to you to decide which flavors you like the best! Here is a rundown on the coffee characteristics from East Africa:

Kenya: This is a main coffee producing country from Africa, and they produce Arabica beans. The coffee from this country will have a high acidity with a full body, as well as fruity and floral undertones.
Ethiopia: Coffee from Ethiopia is special because this country is supposed to be the birthplace of coffee itself. These beans will have a medium acidity and body with fruity undertones.
Tanzania: Tanzania has several coffee growing regions, and they will produce beans with full flavor and bright acidity with fruity notes.
Burundi: This African country produces washed Arabica coffee with a bright acidity and a full body.
