Coffee Is Much Healthier Than You Know!

As a coffee lover, you may be interested to know that coffee came in second as the healthiest beverage when reported by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition!

One of the main reasons for that is that coffee is full of antioxidants, which do neutralize free radical damage in the body. This will prevent disease and premature aging, and it can even prevent wrinkling if you use it in a topical skin care product! (Just a tip!) Otherwise, keep in mind that these benefits only apply to regular and not decaf coffee drinkers. Interestingly enough, in 2005, a study done on Coffee and Lipoprotein Metabolism found that those individuals who drank 3 to 6 cups of decaf coffee each day had raised levels of blood fat in their body associated with LDL cholesterol.

The bottom line is that caffeinated coffee can easily be enjoyed in moderation for amazing health benefits!
