How Does Coffee Affect Your Health?
Where do I even begin? Coffee has so many new developing health benefits that it is a shame not to drink it!In a study done by the Harvard School of Public Health, coffee drinkers showed a reduced risk for gallbladder disease and gallstones. This was compared to those who drank decaffeinated coffee and did not see the same benefits. Coffee also does have the ability to reduce the risk for Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's. The studies were done on heavier coffee drinkers who consumed up to 3.5 cups per day, so this is wonderful news for Java junkies.
Coffee also has been proven to improve IQ and short-term recall. This means that if you want to function better at work on a daily basis and become an all-star employee or employer, then drink to your health with a cup of Joe!

One cup of coffee in the morning used to keep me awake at night, so I quit drinking it in the morning. However, I can drink it in the evening, and it is a struggle to stay awake, I'm out like a light, for the whole night
