Make Turkish Coffee in a Few Easy Steps

Turkish coffee is an exotic coffee brew, but it is much easier to make than you would anticipate!

Start out by freshly grinding coffee beans until they are almost as fine as a powder.
• Add these coffee grounds in a ratio of 1 teaspoon of coffee grounds to 1 cold cup of water to yield 1 cup of brewed coffee into your Turkish coffee pot. Add an extra half cup of water to compensate for water that may be boiled out during the brew process.
• Before brewing, add 1 teaspoon of sugar for every 2 teaspoons of fresh coffee grounds.
• Place your Turkish coffee pot over low heat, and allow the mixture to boil. After it has boiled, pour some of the mixture into a small Turkish coffee cup.
• Bring the remaining mixture to a boil so that the coffee begins to froth, and then add the froth to the Turkish coffee in the cup.

Simply delicious!
