What is Coffee Like in Thailand?

You may have already caught on that the popularity of coffee is expanding globally, especially in Asian countries. Asian countries were normally known for tea drinking, but since coffee is the second most exported commodity in the world, it is becoming popular internationally.

In Thailand, coffee is normally brewed very dark and rich. It is then mixed with a spice like cardamom or chicory, and it is sweetened with condensed milk. This results in a dark and sweet beverage that you can commonly find served by vendors in Thailand. This is also something that is normally served iced as a traditional Thai coffee drink. Another popular method of Thai coffee drinking is in cans sold in vending machines.

Try this delicious and traditional coffee, and see for yourself!
