A Wonderful Recipe in Coffee Cuisine

Have you tried cooking with coffee yet? Not only does coffee provide a number of health benefits when consumed on a regular basis, but it makes a delicious addition to many traditional dishes. Here is a wonderful choice in Thai Chicken Satays spiced with coffee:

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons coffee grounds
• Peanut oil
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar, light
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, minced
• 1 tablespoon crushed red chilies

Combine all of the ingredients together, and use as a marinade over chicken breasts in the refrigerator overnight. Grill the breasts on wooden skewers for a fresh and delicious dish in coffee cuisine!
