Which Is Better For You: Coffee or Tea?

Many Americans have switched to drinking tea because it is full of antioxidants that can prevent disease. However, did you know that coffee is also full of antioxidants, and it contains even more than tea?

If you are a diehard coffee drinker, then there really is no reason for you to switch to tea. Coffee is full of antioxidants to neutralize free radical damage in the body, which can prevent disease and premature aging. Furthermore, coffee has also been proven to reduce the risk of liver damage, cirrhosis of the liver, cancer, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's disease.

Right now, coffee is the number one source of antioxidants being consumed in the United States for premium wellness benefits!

Is Coffee Good For You?

Hmmm... What a question! Many people still believe the old rumors that coffee is bad for you, etc. etc., but it's time to take into consideration the new research and information regarding coffee consumption.

For starters, regular coffee drinkers are less likely to develop diabetes. Even better, this is directly related to how much coffee you drink! The more coffee you drink, the less likely you are to develop diabetes, at up to 54% for men and 30% for women. Java junkies are 80% less likely to have Parkinson's disease, 50% less likely to have gallstones, 80% less likely to have cirrhosis of the liver, and 25% less likely to have colon cancer.

The results don't lie...

The Best Way To Drink Your Coffee

Did you think you were already fully enjoying your cup of Joe? Well, I have a few suggestions for you to help you out so that you can make even more out of your daily brew. First, split up your coffee drinking throughout the day so that you don't experience a caffeine crash, and you can keep your engine charged all day long.

Second, it is best to immediately drink your coffee after it is brewed, preferably without stirring it to disturb the brewing method, which means that you are better off enjoying it black. Also, make sure to cleanse your palate before drinking your coffee to have a pure and untainted flavor. It is also wonderful to add sweet liqueurs to your coffee, like Bailey's or Amaretto, for a premium taste.

Lastly, keep in mind that there is more than there appears to be in your cup of Joe, including iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and Vitamin B. Enjoy your Java, and drink to your health!
