Can Coffee Burn Fat?

If you are on a weight loss and diet plan, you may be happy to know that recent studies have shown that coffee aids in fat burning!

One of the latest studies examined energy and fat burning on both younger and older men. The men within the study were moderate caffeinated coffee drinkers, and they both absorbed the caffeine in coffee well. This caused the metabolism to increase in both of the subject groups, with it being slightly higher in the group of younger men. The result was that both younger and older men saw a thermogenic result from ingesting caffeine, which is fat burning caused by caffeinated coffee drinking.

Last of all, there was a recent drink introduced in the Las Vegas International Society of Sports Nutrition Conference that had additions to a coffee beverage containing chromium, hydroxycitric acid, and bitter orange to boost the metabolism by up to 30%. I'll drink to that!

What is the Healthiest Way To Enjoy Your Coffee?

Coffee can be enjoyed in a countless number of ways, but here are some helpful tips to make sure that you are drinking to your health with every cup of Joe:

• Use a ceramic kettle to boil water for your French Press instead of a metal kettle. This will prevent a metal taste in the water so that your brew tastes better.
• When using a coffee maker, always use filtered water to brew without minerals and protect the life of your machine.
• Use raw sugar to sweeten your coffee instead of sugar substitutes.
• Use organic cream to add to your coffee instead of processed coffee creamers.
• Purchase organic coffee that is grown without pesticides.
• To protect yourself and the environment, also purchase Fair Trade coffee that promotes a better coffee product in guaranteeing a fair wage to the farmer.

Coffee Is Much Healthier Than You Know!

As a coffee lover, you may be interested to know that coffee came in second as the healthiest beverage when reported by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition!

One of the main reasons for that is that coffee is full of antioxidants, which do neutralize free radical damage in the body. This will prevent disease and premature aging, and it can even prevent wrinkling if you use it in a topical skin care product! (Just a tip!) Otherwise, keep in mind that these benefits only apply to regular and not decaf coffee drinkers. Interestingly enough, in 2005, a study done on Coffee and Lipoprotein Metabolism found that those individuals who drank 3 to 6 cups of decaf coffee each day had raised levels of blood fat in their body associated with LDL cholesterol.

The bottom line is that caffeinated coffee can easily be enjoyed in moderation for amazing health benefits!

Drink To Your Health With Healthy Coffee

Coffee in itself has a number of health benefits, but if you want to take it a step further, then you can drink Healthy Coffee to boost your immune system.

Healthy Coffee is recommended for patients who have cancer because it can balance pH levels in the body. It contains mushroom extracts, which work to enhance the quality of the immune system. Some of the most popular brands of Healthy Coffee are Farmacy and Ganocafe. These brands have whole bean and decaf choices, and the coffee beans are decaffeinated through the Swiss Water Process, so they do not use any harmful chemicals to remove the caffeine.

Overall, coffee is a wonderful choice because it is full of antioxidants, and it will provide you with long-term health benefits through preventing premature aging and disease. I'll drink to that!

Coffee Has Serious Health Benefits!

Over the years, coffee has had a bad reputation from some poor studies done on the effects of drinking Java regularly. That is no longer the case!

There was a Harvard study done on 126,000 people over 18 years that did show that drinking up to 3 cups of coffee per day significantly reduced the risk of diabetes. Interestingly enough, the more coffee that was consumed within the study, the more the risk of diabetes was reduced. When the participants drank six or more cups of coffee each day, that did reduce their risk of diabetes at up to 54% for men and 30% for women.

Of course, all of this does need to be taken into account with a healthy lifestyle and diet, but it is wonderful to know that regular coffee drinking can be a part of disease prevention and overall wellness benefits, including reduced risk for diabetes!

What Are the Benefits of Organic Coffee?

Coffee lovers, this is a fantastic question because the benefits of drinking Organic are many! What constitutes coffee to be certified by the USDA as Organic? First, the farmer must have refrained from using harmful pesticides and chemicals for three years, and he or she must also practice crop rotation to keep the soil from being stripped from nutrients or eroded. After this point, the US Department of Agriculture will certify the coffee as Organic. This means that you will be getting better flavors because pesticides have not stunted the growth of the bean, so it can be bigger and more fuller in its flavor profile. Also, you can drink to your own health because the lack of chemical used in the Organic coffee harvesting will keep your health from being damaged, and it will also protect the environment. So many reasons to drink Organic! Enjoy a guilt free cup of Joe.
