"I have two models of Bodum presses, 24 & 48oz. Both broke with a tap on the top of one with a wooden spoon & the other turned over on my countertop. Does anyone make a more durable glass carafe? I don't really want a polycarbonate carafe... boiling water - plasticizer leaching -yuk...
