Filters do a good job, but still heve to tuck some of the top in while sliding filter basket in place & sometimes collapes leaking grinds......Don't like that.

The coffee filters are fine, and we have been using the BUNN filters for years. My dissatisfaction is with the company that shipped them to us. We have been trying to return the ones we received and purchace the larger ones to fit our machine. Since mid December we have called and left messages and still no one has returned our call. VERY POOR customer relations. Would never order from this company again.

When we recently purchased a Bunn brewer, we also purchased a box of the appropriate Bunn coffee filters (12 cup)as well as a package of less expensive generic filters (also 12 cup). We immediately found that the less expensive filters were poorly fitted to the Bunn funnel allowing an excess of grounds to flow through into the airpots. This was immediately remedied by substituting the Bunn filters. Problem solved, and all our coffee drinkers are happy!

I drive 40 miles one way to buy Caribou Obsidian coffee. I have it ground Turkish which is as fine as a comerical grinder can go. Because the grounds are so fine they tend to clog the filter and overflow the paper insert. I will try the Bunn filters and see if that solves the problem of the grounds in my coffee. As soon as I try the Bunn filters I will report back.
