The Bunn Phase Brew uses a new brewing technology to hold water until it reaches the optimal brewing temperature. The machine then brews with a six minute heating phase and a four minute brewing phase, yielding delicious coffee in just ten minutes. Water is heated to 200° and will only be released once it reaches the correct brewing temperature. After heating, water is spray-released at once to create professional agitation for an even extraction in every brew cycle. The machine also features a programmable auto-start setting.

The machine includes a Time-to-Clean indicator that tracks brewer performance as opposed to the amount of brew cycles run. The Bunn Phase Brew brews 8 cups, or 40 ounces, to prevent wasted coffee. It features a three year limited warranty.

The HG Phase Brew model has a glass carafe and is available in a high-altitude model; please contact us for further ordering information on high-altitude models. The HG Phase Brew warming plate will automatically shut off after two hours. The HT Phase Brew warming plate will shut off automatically after the heating phase is complete, and the coffee will be sealed for freshness within the thermal carafe.
