• Extraction: Air will be injected into the pressurized chamber to agitate the coffee grounds, which will result in a uniform extraction to create a full flavored, delicious beverage.
• Hydrolysis: The air will press the coffee product through a metal screen to filter out the coffee grounds, while still preserving the essential oils and delicious aromas for a memorable and one-of-a-kind coffee drinking experience.
