Café Belgique Recipe

This coffee drink has a beautiful European flavor with hints of vanilla, and a wonderful presentation when the egg white rises to the top of the cup.

Ingredients:
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 cups fresh, hot coffee
Use a hand held mixer to beat the egg white until it is stiff. After that, whip the cream and the vanilla together thoroughly. Blend together the whipped cream mixture with the egg white, and use it to fill 4 cups up evenly. Top off the rest of the way with hot coffee, and serve for an exotic treat!
