Coffee Liqueur Recipe

If you want to take your coffee drinking to the next level, then the best way to do that is by brewing your own homemade coffee flavored liqueur! It is so easy and convenient, and it will give you a smooth and decadent taste. Here we go!

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup of instant coffee
  • 1 bottle rum, 750 mL, light or dark
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Begin by stirring together the instant coffee, sugar, and water, and bring to a boil on the stove at high heat until the sugar is dissolved completely. Then remove your mixture from the heat, and let it cool for 45 minutes. After that, stir in your rum and vanilla extract. You will then use a funnel to pour the mixture into large containers, like bottles or jars. Store in a cool place, like your refrigerator, for two weeks before it is ready to drink.
