Creamy Irish Coffee Recipe

This is a delicious twist on a traditional Irish coffee drink, and it is something that you are definitely going to want to try again and again!

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Hot coffee
  • 1/2 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Irish whiskey
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
Combine the 4 cups of coffee, 1/2 cup of Irish whiskey and 1/4 cup sugar in a saucepan on the stove, and heat thoroughly. Do not bring this mixture to a boil. Whip together the whipping cream until it is light in consistency, and then add the 2 tablespoons of whiskey and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the mixture. Pour the coffee into coffee mugs immediately, and spoon the cream mixture on top. Serve right away to enjoy!
