Espresso Cocoa Cooler Recipe

This is a fantastic drink for any warm weather to cool you off.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Espresso, chilled
  • 3 tsp. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
Start by mixing together the milk and unsweetened cocoa to create a cocoa mixture. Stir the espresso and cocoa mixture together, and add the vanilla extract. Sweeten to taste with sugar. Serve in a large glass with ice, and top generously with whipped cream.
