This system features the use of intermittent spray technology that will fully saturate all of the fresh coffee grounds for a thoroughness and consistency in the taste, body, and aroma of the brew in every cup. The Fetco Extractor CBS-2031e Coffee Brewer also has adjustable settings in Brew Time, Brew Volume, Drip Delay, Brew Temperature, Pre-Wet Percent, Low Temp/No Brew, and Pre-Wet Delay.

The Fetco Extractor CBS-2031e Coffee Brewer uses a large spray disc to thoroughly extract all coffee grounds in a stainless steel gourmet style brewing basket. This machine also has an electronically controlled hot water source, two fully programmable batch sizes, and the capacity to brew 11 batches per hour. 11" x 18.25" x 26". Dispensers not included.
