This is an easy and authentic coffee beverage to make, and keep in mind that it serves four. For a smaller portion, you can easily cut this recipe in half so you don't have to share!
Ingredients:
3 cups Fresh French Roast coffee, hot
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Heavy cream, chilled
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Beat the heavy cream until it is fluffy and smooth. Add in the sugar slowly, and continue to beat until it is completely stiff. Divide this cream among four different coffee mugs. After that, stir the vanilla extract in with the fresh coffee. Pour this mixture into the four coffee mugs, and do not stir. Serve right away for an authentically French coffee treat!
