Sales Tax

• The Coffee Bump does not charge sales tax on any orders with two exceptions*. Any applicable regional and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Status

• If you registered at checkout you can check your Order Status at any time. Just click the 'Your Account' link at the top of this page, and enter your username and password to review your Order Details and tracking information.
• If you did not register at checkout, we will still email you a link after your product ships so that you can track your package through our site at any time.

Security Information

• Secure Server Software and Encryption: The Coffee Bump's secure server software (SSL) encrypts all confidential ordering information, including credit card number, name, and address. All ordering information remains private on the Internet using SSL.
• Security Certificate Information: Click on your browser’s "Security" button for security certificate information.

Tax Exempt Companies

1. You'll need to fax us your tax exemption certificate to 210-615-6611. Please call us at the same number or email us to let us know what time you will be faxing, so we can accept your fax. You may also send us a scanned copy of your document via email to service@thecoffeebump.com.
2. Create an account at http://www.thecoffeebump.com/myaccount.asp and click on 'Create Account' at the bottom of the page.
3. Once we've received your registration and fax, we can set you up as tax free, usually within an hour. Wait for our email letting you know you've been set up as tax free. As long as you're logged in, you won't be charged tax when you checkout.
