Hard Coffee Soda Recipe

Coffee is delicious in any type of drink creation, so this is a perfect treat to enjoy as a coffee and chocolate milkshake with hints of rum. This an ideal summertime drink because you can enjoy it in hot weather, and it's also fun to try for a gathering or a party!

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp. Ground coffee, fine
  • Instant coffee
  • 1 pint Chocolate ice cream
  • 5 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Light rum
Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender, except the instant coffee. Serve in a tall glass, and garnish with a sprinkle of instant coffee crystals! This is a popular drink to enjoy, and it's actually quite easy to make. If you allow the ice cream to soften, you can also use a hand-held blender.
