The La Pavoni Europiccola EPC-8 Espresso Machine is embossed with triple plated chrome to give you all that you are looking for and more in a premium coffee brewing device. When you raise the simple lever, then you are also firing the piston within the brewing mechanism to bring pressurized water for the coffee waiting in the filter holder. After that, your lever will be lowered so that the piston will bring the water through the fresh coffee grounds and right into your cup!   • Pressure Controller: The temperature of the boiler will be monitored by the pressure controller for the faster response in the brewing cycle. The pressure maintained within the boiler is from .7 to 1 bar of pressure for your optimal brewing pleasure in the final product.
