Mocha Punch Recipe

If you have a special event coming up like a party or wedding, and you too are a coffee fanatic, then this will be the perfect addition to make your food and drink that much more special. A real crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • One 6 oz. jar instant coffee
  • 1/2 gallon milk
  • 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • Two 2 L bottles chilled ginger ale
  • 1 bottle chocolate syrup

Begin by boiling your sugar, water, and instant coffee for about five minutes until they are syrupy, and then cool your mixture. Pour into a large container so that you can chill it in your refrigerator. Place your 1/2 gallon of chocolate ice cream and 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream in to a large punch bowl, and begin to slowly break them up. Next, add the 1/2 gallon of milk and 1 cup of the chilled coffee syrup mixture, and began to stir. Then add your ginger ale, as well as adding more of the coffee syrup mixture to your liking. Finish your punch by slowly drizzling the chocolate syrup throughout for a delightful mocha flavor!
