This is an easy and delicious recipe that is perfect for cold weather or a holiday treat!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Dark roast coffee, medium grind
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 cup Milk
5 cups Water
1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/3 cup Chocolate syrup
Whipped cream
Combine the cinnamon, nutmeg, and coffee grounds in a small bowl, and mix well. Place this mixture in a coffee filter in a drip coffee maker, and add the water to brew. Combine the chocolate syrup, brown sugar, and milk on the stove. Cook on low heat until the brown sugar dissolves completely, stirring well. Stir in the fresh coffee and vanilla extract, and serve immediately in mugs topped with whipped cream!
