This is a healthy pumpkin pie latte recipe that will taste better than anything you can get at a corner coffee house or café. Be prepared to have your socks knocked off!
Ingredients:
1 cup of brewed coffee
1/2 cup soy or regular milk
2 tbs. of pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Add your pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice to the bottom of your glass and mix thoroughly. Then slowly add your hot coffee to the mixture, stirring as you go. Stir in your soy or regular milk, which you may steam if you prefer, and there you have your delightful holiday treat that will taste just as good as a real pumpkin pie!
