Free Shipping Information

• Ground Shipping Nationwide offer can expire at any time without notice.
• Ground Shipping Nationwide offer is limited to the continental 48 US states only.
• Product, excluding shipping, oversize fees, must total $75.00 or more to receive promotional shipping offer. Orders under $75.00 will ship for standard shipping rates.
• Delivery times may vary. Orders are processed and delivered during the business week (Monday – Friday) only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
• The Coffee Bump does not offer weekend or holiday delivery options.
• Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or any order less than $75.00 will be subject to standard shipping rates.

Other Shipping Information

• We currently only ship to the US.
• Free shipping on all orders equal to or greater than $75, goes FedEx or UPS at our discretion.
• Tracking numbers will be sent via email for each shipment the day it ships.
• Military shipping to APO's and FPO's is available for some products. Please contact us for more information.
• Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from a licensed distributor. 'Ships' means the day it ships from the warehouse.
  • A business day is Monday through Friday, and ends at 12PM CT.
  • BUNN - ships within 2 business days.
  • Bodum - ships in 2 - 4 business days. Some Bodum products ship same day if ordered before 3PM CT, as will be noted on the product page.
  • Briel - ship in 2 business days.
  • Espressione - ships in 2 business days.
  • Coffee - ships within 2 - 3 business days and is fresh roasted before shipping. All coffee must be shipped via FedEx regardless of carrier you selected at checkout.
  • Bosch - ships within 1 business day.
  • DeLonghi - ships within 2 business days.
  • Gensaco - ships within 2 business days.
  • Krups - same day shipping if ordered before 3PM CT, unless otherwise noted.
  • La Pavoni - ships within 2 business days.
  • Mr. Coffee - ships within 2 business days.
  • Pasquini - ships within 1 business day.
  • Rancilio - ships within 1 business day.
  • Saeco - ships within 1 business day.
  • Solis - ships within 1 business day.
  • Coffee Tables - ships within 5 business days.
• If you order multiple items, it is possible that they will ship from different facilities. If this is the case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
