Strawberry Espresso Recipe

These strawberry flavors add a delicious touch to this espresso drink. This is quite easy to make, and when you use strawberry purée, the flavors are even more authentic!

Ingredients:
  • 2 shots Espresso
  • Strawberry purée
  • 10 oz. Heavy cream
  • 2 oz. Sugar syrup
  • Whipped cream
Chill the freshly brewed espresso, and then mix together the heavy cream, sugar syrup, and espresso until it is blended well. Refrigerate this mixture until you are ready to use it. When you are ready to serve your drink, add a small amount of strawberry purée to a specialty glass, and then top with the espresso mixture. Garnish liberally with whipped cream for a delicious espresso treat! This is perfect for a warm summer day.
