Returns Policy

Wrong item, wrong size, just don't like it? – No Problem! You may return any new, unused or unaltered item to The Coffee Bump within 30 days of receipt.

Note: The following brands are subject to these restocking fees:
15%: BUNN
20%: Saeco, Pasquini, Bosch, Rancilio, Solis, La Pavoni*

*If you received a defective item right out of the box, you may return it for no restocking fees, if returned within 5 days of delivery. Otherwise, you qualify for warranty repair. Please contact us for warranty details.

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

A refund for the price paid less any original and/or return shipping fees will be issued to the payment method used at time of order.

To exchange an item, simply follow the steps for return and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Then place a new order on-line at thecoffeebump.com for the new item(s). *Exchanges are subject to the same restocking fees as returns.*

All returns must include original tags and packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box. The original Coffee Bump shipping box may be used.

Return shipments which do not meet all above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Steps:

  1. Click Your Account to login*.
  2. Enter e-mail address and password to access your order.
  3. Under 'Track Your Recent Orders', click the 'view details' link by the order you'd like to return.
  4. Click the 'Return Item' button above the invoice.
  5. Fill out the form completely and click the Process Return button at the bottom of the page.

* If you did not create an account at checkout, contact us so that we can create a return for you.

Warranty Returns:
Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which cover against merchandise defects. To determine if an additional warranty is available for your item simply Contact Us. Please do not contact the manufacturer directly to file your claim.
